   Karen T. Taylor is a portrait artist who attended the School of Fine Arts at the University of Texas and the Chelsea School of Fine Art in London, where she was also a freelance portrait sculptor for Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

 

 

 

   She worked as a forensic artist for over eighteen years at the Texas Department of Public Safety in Austin, Texas. As a forensic artist, Karen's work aided investigators in apprehending numerous criminal offenders, as well as identifying many unknown deceased persons. Karen worked on Fox Television's America's Most Wanted and has been featured on ABC, CBS, BBC, CNN, and Court TV, to name a few.

   Karen is revered by forensic artists and law enforcement all over North America as a leading authority in the field. She has been a forensic art instructor for many years at the FBI Academy in Quantico and has also taught at many other law enforcement academies.
