   Since 1978, William P. Callahan, and his company Unitel, has been providing specialized discreet services in the field of art loss recovery and intellectual property investigations to museums, corporations, insurers and art owners throughout the world. Mr. Callahan's experienced staff of former law enforcement and intelligence experts headed up by an experienced artist/art historian/law enforcement officer named Charles Sabba provides Unitel's clients a sophisticated solution to art theft protection and recovery and loss negotiations.

   William P. Callahan is a recognized security expert on anti-terrorism consulting projects worldwide. He is a member of The London Security Group, London, UK on terrorism issues and formerly served in the U.S. Department of Justice.

   He is a constituent member of the U.S. State Department's Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC); a member of the Association of former intelligence officers (AFIO - NY Chapter); Association of the United States Army and the Association of the United States Navy. He is a U.S. Navy veteran.

   Mr. Callahan has been actively involved in the New York City Construction Trades industry. From 2005 - 2010 he was the Federal court appointed Independent Investigator to the New York City Carpenters Union. In that role he interfaced daily with large construction management companies, union workers and city, state and federal officials on aspects of construction jobs and job site activity within the City of New York.

   In their partnership with NEU Security Services (NSS), Unitel and NSS provide design and installation services to the construction and architectural sectors for securing perimeters of buildings, airports, transportation facilities and government facilities. This includes the utilization of the latest hi-security technology including: K12 vehicles, anti-ram barriers, bollard protection against vehicle attacks and similar technology. Mr. Callahan is a veteran (U.S. Navy).

   He is a minority shareholder and vice president of LC Government Service Group, Inc., a SDVOSB company.
